Welcome to Bud and Bloom
WHAT we do?
We grow confident, sturdy families and children who flourish—and realize their full potential—together.
Specifically, we provide day-to-day in-home behavioral support for neurodivergent children—and their families. A replacement for traditional caregiving.
We pair expert-designed care plans with hands-on, day-to-day support in the home, where it matters most.
Through consistent coaching, structure, and relational presence, we help children thrive and caregivers feel more confident, capable, and supported.
WHY it matters?
It can feel overwhelming—navigating diagnoses, school challenges, and daily stress without real-time help.
And the stakes couldn’t be higher.
When your child is struggling, the pressure to find answers is intense—layered with worry, self-doubt, and judgment of those who just don’t get it.
Bud and Bloom changes that.
We step in where it matters most: the home. With competent, compassionate, non-judgmental support, we help families reduce friction, increase confidence, and making sustainable progress —so children can thrive and families can realize the extraordinary together.
HOW we work?
Each family is paired with a Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC) who builds a personalized care plan with input from the family and care team. A Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)—a SuperBloomer— brings that plan to life in the home.
From skill-building and behavior strategies to parent coaching and routine support, we offer caring, consistent help that fits real life and the needs of your family.
WHO we help?
We work with children (ages 4–14) in the Philadelphia metro area with diagnoses like ADHD, autism, or emotional and behavioral challenges—along with the families who are:
Looking for care that’s expert, compassionate, and non-judgmental
Seeking hands-on, day-to-day coaching—not just supervision—to navigate real-life challenges
Willing to do the hard work, embrace change, and feel empowered—not judged—in the process
